This blend of 94% Cabernet Sauvignon and 6% Merlot exhibits bewitching aromas of stewed black fruits and tobacco leaf, with the mÂlange of flavors ranging from plum to raspberry to earth. The grapes are sourced from a special 29 year old vineyard located in Kerem Ben Zimra in the upper Galilee. The wine is aged for a total of 48 months in 225 liter barrels, resulting in a wine of black-red color, with aromas of ripe and luscious fruit, spices, leather and tobacco. The palate exhibits rich flavors of blackberries, mild spicing and tobacco, with tannins which are somewhat prominent. This elegant wine has a long and complex finish.

The 2013 Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon Bar’on Vineyard presents bright cherry and ripe plum fruit characters, layered with notes of cigar and chocolate, all balanced out with hints of herb. Pleasingly complex, this single vineyard Cabernet is full-bodied and densely flavored. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Although plesaurable to drink upon release, the 2013 Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon Bar’on Vineyard will improve in the bottle in the coming years, and should stay in excellent drinking condition for well over a decade from harvest. The Castel Grand Vin is a 90+ rated wine from the famed Judean Hills region in Israel. It is one of the most consistent high end wines produced in Israel. The wine matured in mostly new French oak barrels for approximately 16 months, it is then transferred to concrete tanks for approximately 4 months before it is bottled. Castel Grand Vin 2016 is a classic, elegant wine, bearing deep color and a concentrated and complex bouquet of blackberries, cherries, plum and spice . The wine is aged in exclusive French casks for 21 months, and only a selct few barrels are used to make this wine. The color is dark garnet. The aromas are black cherry and fresh oregano. Shiloh Mosaic is a blend of the finest Merlot (60%), Cabernet Franc (40%), Cabernet Sauvignon (7%), Petit Verdot (7%) and Petite Sirah (6%). The wines are vinified separately, spending a full year in French oak barrels before being blended, at which point the blend is aged in barrel for another six months. Each of the select vineyards has contributed its dramatic character that led to the creation of a complete, deep, and harmonic wine. Teperberg Winery was founded in 1870 in the Old City of Jerusalem by the family Teperberg. Psagot Viognier is produced from Viognier grapes which were harvested from the vineyards of Moshav Mata in the Judean mountains.
